Build the World's Ledger
Legacy organization track on BWL — chain verify/observe tooling, execution-free AI explain/DX, SoftFlow apps, and partner collaboration under the Blockwave surface.
Founded in 2019. SoftBlock, Wave Research, and Minimum Labs are BWL’s builder modules; Mediawave and Parkwave are experimental cells. Blockwave Labs sits with them as a legacy track on BWL — not above the hub. **BWL** is the primary public interface. Capabilities below are demo/scaffold signal — not a production SLA.
What the team shows (at a glance)
We are not a new-chain company. We build verify, observe, paper-safe sim, and evidence DX **on** Ethereum/Reth. AI helps explain observations and hackathon/DX — with **no execution rights**.
- Core / Reth — Areth (paper-safe scan/sim · `/v1/research/*` fixtures · live bundle submit is non-goal) · Rethium (Intent→…→Receipt verify · payload lifecycle fixtures · ExEx compile is a Rust≥1.93 human gate)
- Financial Execution Simulation & Market Microstructure Lab — Areth/Rethium paper research stubs + gap connectors PropAMM/public/RFQ (MEV Letter insights) · SoftRouter/SoftLedger = Soft* ownership (pointer only · not copied) · not live MEV
- Paper paths — Areth route/slippage/MEV/ePBS · Rethium execution-verify/payload-lifecycle · C9 observe ↔ Areth · C10 explain ↔ Rethium (pointers only)
- AI agents — observation NL, paper explain, hackathon copilots only · no keys, on-chain send, live MEV submit, or validator ops
- Core experiment layer (C9–C12) — MEV observe, consensus explain, read-only on-chain trace, tool-module boundaries as a **private gap monorepo scaffold** (mock) · not absorbed into mainline products
- SoftFlow — chain-agnostic cashflow app · SoftFlow ≠ SoftBlock / Soft* World
- Hackathon kit — Track V/S/E · evidence DX (Company OS `ops/blockwave/kit`)
Public surface = demo, contract, and scaffold signal (Round14 paper-path densify). We do not claim live MEV, builder/validator ops, SoftRouter parity, production SLA, or “world-class core team” marketing.
Blockchain roots (2019 → BWL)
Blockwave Labs began as a blockchain-native builder team — on-chain execution, consumer Web3, ecosystem bots, stablecoin issuance, and Reth-native verification. That story is told in the **Legacy Origin deck** (member library); Wave Research and SoftBlock module demos are separate surfaces.

Blockwave Labs orchestrates partnerships and R&D that feed BWL's modular stack. Collaboration builds (PayChain with Danal Fintech, IEUM with Danal and Infinite Block) become reusable SoftPay, SoftMint, and settlement cores — listed as cases, not as the whole company identity.
Focus areas
- Native contribution — Areth · Rethium (Reth-side verify/observe · demo)
- AI observe/DX — execution-free explain · hackathon copilots · SoftFlow UX explain
- SoftFlow app — SoftFlow ≠ SoftBlock · chain-agnostic cashflow
- Builder proof — Metapersona · hackathon kit Track V/S/E
- Execution research — paper-safe sim & observe R&D (not live MEV / fund management)
- Stablecoin & settlement collabs — KSC · IEUM · PayChain (cases · SoftBlock-adjacent)

What BWL inherits
Three builder modules compound execution, data, and workflow: SoftBlock (financial ops), Wave Research (market intel), Minimum Labs (AI & automation). Sub-modules Mediawave and Parkwave stay appendix-grade in main IR.

Blockwave Labs — legacy track on BWL
Early chain experiments, partnership cases, and verify/observe demos kept on BWL as a legacy track — separate from SoftBlock, Wave, and Minimum.
Direction: remember the builder heritage (hackathons, consumer Web3, Reth tooling) without treating Blockwave Labs as the main hub. BWL is the hub; this track holds history and collaborations.
